Tickets are refundable only in the event of official festival cancellation or rescheduling.
Tickets purchased for dates that were not cancelled are non-refundable under any circumstances.
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the official event cancellation announcement.
Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
Tickets cannot be canceled once purchased. Please ensure your availability before buying.
If the event is postponed, your ticket will remain valid for the rescheduled date.
Failure to attend the event without prior notice does not qualify for a refund or credit.
